Are you looking for a unique, welcoming, and inspiring space to host your professional or creative events? Sayaspora’s offices are available for rent for your one-off projects. Located in downtown Montreal, our space embodies the values of collaboration, diversity, and commitment that are the foundation of our mission.
A space designed to accommodate your ideas
Our premises are suitable for hosting various event formats:
- Creative or professional workshops
- Conferences, panels, and public discussions
- Content creation sessions (photo shoots, filming)
- Pop-ups, launches, or community meetings
The venue can accommodate up to 30 people (seated or standing), and is equipped (in addition to the equipment shown in the photos) with:
- 30 chairs, 2 large exhibition tables
- A sound system (speaker + microphone)
- A lectern, a lighting set, and a backdrop for photoshoots
- A functional kitchen
Rental conditions
- Rates:
- $100/hour weekdays (after 6 p.m.)
- $125/hour weekends
- Non-profit/charity rate: 15% discount with proof of entitlement (please email us at Sayasporareservation@gmail.com before booking)
- Availability:
- Weekdays: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Weekends: 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- The reserved time slot includes both setup and teardown time: please take this into account when planning your event.
- Reservations required at least one week in advance
- No loud music or festive private events
- A security deposit of $150 is required
