The Sayaspora Media Consolidation 2 (CMS 2) project aimed to strengthen the organization through two main components: organizational development and the acquisition of essential equipment. Thanks to funding from Groupe 3737, this project enhanced Sayaspora’s productivity, efficiency, and internal structure while consolidating its capacity to support women from the African diaspora and visible minorities in Canada.
By integrating specialized training and making strategic investments in infrastructure, Sayaspora was able to optimize its operations, increase its impact, and ensure better resource management.
