Catalyseur Sayaspora

The Catalyseur Sayaspora project enables the organization Média Sayaspora to stabilize its structure and expand its range of services by strengthening the capacity of its volunteer team, which is at the core of its operations.
Activities include training sessions and team-building workshops on various themes: interpersonal communication, new digital tools, leadership, well-being and stress management, public speaking, and networking optimization.
By consolidating Sayaspora’s organizational structure and providing its team with practical tools, this project facilitates internal communication, develops volunteers’ skills, and amplifies the visibility of women from the African diaspora and visible minorities.
