Introduction

Coworking at Sayaspora is a temporary, community-based workspace open to anyone seeking a professional, calm, inclusive, and inspiring environment. Every Wednesday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., our space welcomes those who want to advance their projects in a friendly atmosphere. Access is free for a fee of $35 CAD per day. This policy aims to ensure a harmonious environment that respects the space, the people, and the values ​​held by Sayaspora.

1. Access to the Space

The coworking space is accessible on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Users receive an email the day before their reservation containing the Wi-Fi password, emergency contacts, and key safety instructions. The space is located on the lower ground floor, with no elevator, and is accessible via approximately ten steps.

2. Fees and Payment

The fee is $35 CAD per day (9 a.m.–6 p.m.), including access to a workspace, Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen (microwave, kettle, tea/coffee), and break areas. Payment must be made prior to access, via the Sayaspora website.

3. Terms of Use

– Each user is responsible for the cleanliness of their workspace and common areas.
– Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the premises.
– Peace and quiet are required: calls must be made with headphones or in a designated area, and conversations must remain discreet.
– Disrespectful behavior, aggressive solicitation, or repeated disruptions may result in temporary or permanent exclusion without refund.

4. Reservations, Cancellations, and Liability

– All reservations are effective once payment has been received.
– Cancellation with full refund: up to 24 hours before the reserved day.
– Cancellation within 24 hours: no refund, but one rescheduling is possible.
– Sayaspora declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

5. Spaces and Equipment

– Users have access to a fully equipped kitchen for heating or eating light meals.
– Furniture and equipment must be used with care. Any damage will incur a fee.
– The use of bulky equipment or special technical devices is not permitted without prior agreement.

• Can I stay beyond 6 p.m.?
  No. Access is limited to the day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any extension must be requested separately.
• Can I invite a friend or colleague?
  No. Each reservation is for one person. Accompanying persons must reserve their own access.
• Is there an elevator or a freight elevator?
  No, the space is in the semi-basement without an elevator.
• Can we print on site?
  Yes, a printer is available on site.
• Is the space accessible to minors?
  No, except in cases previously approved by the Sayaspora team.
• Is parking available?
  There is no private parking, but paid parking is available across the street.
