Are you looking for a unique, welcoming, and inspiring space to host your professional or creative events? Sayaspora’s offices are available for rent for your one-off projects. Located in downtown Montreal, our space embodies the values ​​of collaboration, diversity, and commitment that are the foundation of our mission.

A space designed to accommodate your ideas

Our premises are suitable for hosting various event formats:

  • Creative or professional workshops
  • Conferences, panels, and public discussions
  • Content creation sessions (photo shoots, filming)
  • Pop-ups, launches, or community meetings

The venue can accommodate up to 30 people (seated or standing), and is equipped (in addition to the equipment shown in the photos) with:

  • 30 chairs, 2 large exhibition tables
  • A sound system (speaker + microphone)
  • A lectern, a lighting set, and a backdrop for photoshoots
  • A functional kitchen

Rental conditions

  • Rates:
    • $100/hour weekdays (after 6 p.m.)
    • $125/hour weekends
    • NPO/charity rate: 15% discount upon presentation of supporting documents
  • Availability:
    • On weekdays: between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
    • Weekends: from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Reservation required at least one week in advance
  • No loud music or private festive event
  • A security deposit of $150 is required
