Workshops

As part of the MTL program, the workshops were designed as spaces for exchange, reflection, and practical application, allowing participants to explore their journeys and realities in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Developed around themes such as identity, migration experiences, sense of belonging, and the challenges of representation, these workshops encouraged participants to speak out, share experiences, and collaboratively develop collective reflections. They enabled participants to recognize themselves in shared experiences while valuing the uniqueness of each individual’s path.

The workshops were held in person, with the exception of the final workshop, which took place online. This format fostered valuable opportunities for exchange: interactions with the facilitators and among participants were integrated, strengthening the sense of belonging and building connections within the group.

The program consists of four complementary workshops, combining collective reflections, discussions, and interactive activities:

These workshops offer a structured and caring framework for telling one’s story, connecting with others, and asserting one’s voice, while contributing to better intercultural understanding.
