Training
The trainings of the MTL program through Elles are offered in collaboration with Miya Visions, expert partner in strategic and creative support. They offer a structured and in-depth course, designed to support the development of sustainable skills and the affirmation of the creative and professional trajectories of the participants.
The program revolves around three trainings, thought as a natural progression from concept to creation, then to the meaning of the work:
Training 1 - Development of the concept
A training dedicated to the clarification of ideas, the construction of a strong vision and the definition of creative intentions. It allows to lay solid and aligned foundations before taking action.
Training 2 - From concept to creation: from intention to capture
This training accompanies the participants in the realization of their project. She explores the creative choices, tools and methods necessary to translate an intention into a captured, coherent and controlled work.
Training 3 - Give meaning to your work
A space for reflection to deepen the narration, the impact and the scope of the work carried out. This training helps to articulate a clear narrative, anchor the work in a broader context and affirm its meaning.
In addition to these trainings, the participants benefit from access to the online continuing education of Sayalab, an evolving space allowing them to strengthen their achievements, explore new resources and continue their development at their own pace.
