Néné Oularé

Néné Oularé is an entrepreneur, coach, and consultant specializing in leadership and organizational transformation. She holds a university diploma in business coaching and a Master’s degree in economic and social administration (international business), with over 22 years of experience across multinationals, SMEs, public institutions, and non-profit sectors.
She spent more than 10 years working alongside senior executives and has held key roles in general management, human resources, partnerships, international development, immigration, and community development.
For over a decade, she has supported leaders, teams, and organizations through cognitive and behavioral coaching, particularly using the cognitive matrices approach. She also works within entrepreneurial and civic incubators, strengthening project structuring, leadership posture, and collective dynamics.
As Director of Partnerships at Sayaspora, she contributes to building strategic collaborations and advancing high-impact initiatives, with a focus on empowering women from diaspora communities.
