Jade-Maëlle Kingue

Born and raised in France, with parents from Cameroon, Jade-Maëlle is now embarking on her first experience in Montreal. Currently pursuing a communications degree, she has an interest in how identity and culture shape the way we communicate. Driven by a deep curiosity for culture, media and the stories that connect communities, she aims to help amplify voices that too often go unheard. Sayaspora’s values, goals and mission perfectly align with her own, and felt like a natural fit. Beyond her studies, she serves as an assistant coach for her college’s American football team, a role that reflects her belief in the power of community and collective effort, as sports has a unique way of bringing communities together.
