Elsa Tannous is a Human Resources and talent development expert with over 10 years of experience, specializing in HR Training, IT recruitment, career development, and organizational digital transformation.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of DigiWomen, a non-profit organization based in Laval, dedicated to increasing the representation of women and girls in technology through impactful programs such as Women Tech Talk, J’ose la Tech, and the Digital Women’s Day.

Passionate about building a more inclusive tech ecosystem, Elsa also supports professionals in their career growth and advises organizations on HR strategies and transformation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Laval Chamber of Commerce and Sayaspora
