Montreal through Them

Project presentation
Montréal à travers Elles – Digital Cultures and Inclusion is a collective project that showcases the voices and stories of 22 young women from Montreal's culturally diverse communities. Through this program, we aim to create inclusive spaces where participants explore their identities, share their experiences, and learn new forms of digital expression.
The project is intended to be a training, creative, and outreach program. Participants benefit from practical workshops, meetings with professionals from the cultural and digital sectors, as well as personalized support to develop their own artistic projects. Whether it involves videos, photos, sound creations, texts, or digital installations, each participant will be able to create a work that reflects their unique perspective on the city and their experiences.
In addition to supporting individual expression, Montréal à travers Elles aims to create a collective memory of Montreal's diverse women. The stories produced will contribute to enriching cultural representations, encouraging inclusion, and strengthening ties between different communities.
Duration: from June 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
