Sayaspora wouldn’t be what it is without the collective and engaged leadership of its Board of Directors.

This course is aimed at current and future women board members who wish to fully understand their role and actively contribute to the governance of a strong mission-driven organization.

Through a series of short video capsules, we explore:

• The strategic role of the Board of Directors and the responsibilities of each member
• The principles of ethical governance, decision-making by consensus, and managing conflicts of interest
• The balance between social impact and financial viability within a social economy model

This journey is designed to strengthen the commitment, understanding, and impact of women board members, within a framework aligned with Sayaspora’s values.
