Description of the organization
Sayaspora is a Montréal-based non-profit organization that amplifies the voices of young women from the African diaspora in Canada through cultural, media, and community-based projects. Through initiatives such as Making Your Way Up, Conversations d’Impact, and Dialogues de la Diaspora, Sayaspora creates spaces for reflection, creation, and dissemination that foster inclusion, representation, and collective empowerment within marginalized communities.
Position description
As part of its national expansion and the rollout of SayaNetwork, Sayaspora is increasing its relationships with partner organizations, regional ambassadors, and institutional and private partners. This growth necessitates a clear and replicable framework to guide the entire partnership cycle.
In the absence of a standardized procedure, partnership management relies on informal practices that are difficult to transfer and replicate from one region to another. This procedure aims to provide Sayaspora with a structured tool, directly linked to the rollout of SayaNetwork and its financial diversification strategy, that the team and regional ambassadors can implement independently.

The consultant will be mandated to develop, in collaboration with senior management, a partnership management procedure covering the entire partnership cycle:

- Partnership selection and eligibility criteria.

- Monitoring of commitments, evaluation, and renewal of partnerships.
- Respective roles and responsibilities of the board of directors and the operational team.
