Kitzie Laurent

Originally from Haiti, Kitzie moved to Canada after the 2010 earthquake. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Montreal and is currently pursuing a master's in Management at HEC Montreal.
Passionate about individual well-being, whether in the workplace or beyond, Kitzie is deeply committed to fostering inclusive and caring spaces, especially within her community. Her dedication to creating environments where everyone can thrive has been a constant driving force in her life.
This commitment led her to join the Sayaspora team in November 2024 as a Volunteer Accelerator, where she focuses on supporting the organization in mobilizing and integrating community members to amplify the collective impact of African and Afro-descendant women across Canada.
