This project will solidify the organization’s foundations by enabling it to structure itself along 2 different axes:

  • Consolidation of the organizational structure in terms of training and coaching, including training on governance. This financial support also enabled us to consolidate internal policies and regulations and establish sound financial management within the organization.
  • The creation of a media development strategy to reach the target audience as effectively as possible.
