This project enabled Sayaspora to optimize its organizational structure, diversify its sources of financing and generate innovative revenues.
As a result, the organization was able to consolidate its financial viability and become the first cultural hub belonging to women from the African diaspora in Canada and around the world.
This is thanks to:
- Strengthening its governance: This involved recruiting and training the Board of Directors. The drafting and revision of its current processes and procedures.
- Improving operational management and diversifying revenues.
