Event: Impactful conversations #2

September 2, 2023 – How about rethinking the media in our image?

The second event in the Impactful conversations series focused on the representation of African women in the Montreal and Quebec media!

The aim was to understand the impact that this representation had had, thanks to the testimonies of the participants, but also to question the role of alternative media, created by us and for us!

Today, this is a major challenge for changing the way African women are perceived in society, and the way they perceive themselves.
