When healing challenges your mental health

Rewriting your story can be a heavy process. During this challenging period, your mental health is on the chessboard of your issues, and your inner critic and self-sabotage skills can become your biggest liabilities. Emotional distress can be observed in different ways- as sadness. Anxiety, addictions, unproductive obsessions ,and many more. Healing from these traumas are performed in different ways depending on what you need. Some turn to legal drugs and others prefer discussing their issues with a therapist. In this conversation with Carla and M’borika, we will talk about how mental health and what comes with it has a bad image in our community, tips to heal from emotional trauma ,and ways to practice self-care and positivity.
