Event: Impactful conversations #4

October 22, 2023 – How do you assert your identity at work?

This fourth event took the form of a workshop as part of the Making your Way Up event. The day was organized to equip women from the African diaspora to better navigate the Canadian job market.

During the workshop, 50 young women were able to share their experiences and discuss how best to overcome the obstacles they face in the workplace. A speaker, an expert in these matters, also answered their questions and dispensed sound advice on the subject of microaggressions.
