SayaSafe is a group discussion dedicated to urban security in Montreal for young women in the African diaspora. We are thrilled to welcome you to this community where we can support, inform, and act together to create a safer and more inclusive environment for all of us in Montreal.<\/p>\n

Our mission is simple but powerful: to raise awareness and educate about the unique urban security challenges faced by women in Montreal, and to share experiences, testimonials, and tips for navigating the city safely. SayaSafe aims to mobilize our community for collective actions that promote safety and well-being and to create a space for mutual support, resource sharing, and strengthening community connections.<\/p>\n

To join SayaSafe, download Thinkific from the App Store or Play Store, search for SayaSafe and join the discussion group. Once on the platform, you can engage in
\nfour categories: General, Announcements, Advice, and Surveys.<\/p>\n
When you click on “General” in the toolbar, you’ll find resources and techniques to enhance your safety, as well as the group\u2019s guidelines. This section also provides a space for open discussions and idea exchanges on urban security.<\/p>\n
Please share important announcements and information about safety events and workshops with members. These sessions are designed to offer valuable knowledge and practical skills to enhance everyone’s well-being in various situations. We encourage all members to attend these informative events to strengthen their safety knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
