Rules for using the Sayaspora coworking space<\/h2><\/div>

Introduction<\/h2>\n

Coworking at Sayaspora is a temporary, community-based workspace open to anyone seeking a professional, calm, inclusive, and inspiring environment. Every Wednesday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., our space welcomes those who want to advance their projects in a friendly atmosphere. Access is free for a fee of $35 CAD per day. This policy aims to ensure a harmonious environment that respects the space, the people, and the values \u200b\u200bheld by Sayaspora.<\/p>\n

1. Access to the Space<\/h2>\n

The coworking space is accessible on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Users receive an email the day before their reservation containing the Wi-Fi password, emergency contacts, and key safety instructions. The space is located on the lower ground floor, with no elevator, and is accessible via approximately ten steps.<\/p>\n

2. Fees and Payment<\/h2>\n

The fee is $35 CAD per day (9 a.m.\u20136 p.m.), including access to a workspace, Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen (microwave, kettle, tea\/coffee), and break areas. Payment must be made prior to access, via the Sayaspora website.<\/p>\n

3. Terms of Use<\/h2>\n

– Each user is responsible for the cleanliness of their workspace and common areas.
\n– Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the premises.
\n– Peace and quiet are required: calls must be made with headphones or in a designated area, and conversations must remain discreet.
\n– Disrespectful behavior, aggressive solicitation, or repeated disruptions may result in temporary or permanent exclusion without refund.<\/p>\n

4. Reservations, Cancellations, and Liability<\/h2>\n

– All reservations are effective once payment has been received.
\n– Cancellation with full refund: up to 24 hours before the reserved day.
\n– Cancellation within 24 hours: no refund, but one rescheduling is possible.
\n– Sayaspora declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n

5. Spaces and Equipment<\/h2>\n

– Users have access to a fully equipped kitchen for heating or eating light meals.
\n– Furniture and equipment must be used with care. Any damage will incur a fee.
\n– The use of bulky equipment or special technical devices is not permitted without prior agreement.<\/p>\n
