Philia Sephora Yatchou is a strong black women made of gold. Born in Cameroon and moved to Canada at a young age, she flourished through a tight family and a critical eye for the world. Filled with big dreams for women around the globe, writing is a way for her to express that. Passionate by jazz music, fashion and art in all kind, she mostly spends her time daydreaming about a more equal world. She's currently studying Law and Political communication at Université de Montréal. "Still I Rise" from Maya Angelou's poem by the same name is her motto.

Cette amoureuse dâart laisse son ouverture dâesprit et sa curiositĂ© la guidĂ© dans multiples facettes de sa vie. Elle sâajoute Ă la plateforme afro-fĂ©ministe SAYASPORA dans le but de mettre de lâavant des artistes et entrepreneurs locaux. Pour elle, cette plateforme qui se lie naturellement au mouvement panafricanisme est un espace dans lequel elle peut Ă©galement sâexprimer et partager ses rĂ©flexions face Ă ce qui touche la communautĂ© africaine.

Alysha is a 24yrs biracial woman from an anglophone community in Quebec. Raised by her white mother, she grew up with little ties to her black community. She hopes her work will help heal the hurt and isolation she experienced as a little girl through space creation for women of colour. She is excited to complete her degree in Poli Sci with a minor in Economics and move onto a Masters in Education.

Traveling, reading and taking pictures are a few of things you can catch her doing when she is not indulging in Korean dramas. âI think the first thing that comes to mind when people think of me is my smile.â She loves learning new things and has a wealth of random knowledge.

Ifeoma is an Italian-Nigerian medical doctor specializing in Public Health in Turin, Italy. She is a women health advocate and considers herself part of the new feminist generation with the aim of educating and communicating through her work as well as her other passions: music, art, and fashion. She loves reading and hopes that through her words readers can receive what she stands for and the message she wants to express.

For her, writing and digital media are forms of evolving self-examination of her own identities, as well as the beautiful ways we are interconnected with one another. An experiential design strategist by trade, she is passionate about impacting the health and wealth of those throughout the African Diaspora. Born in the US with roots in Nigeria and Gambia, she is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.

Ainsi, SAYASPORA reprĂ©sente enfin une plateforme oĂč les rĂ©cits complexes se lisent, se disent et oĂč la sororitĂ© (les voix des femmes!) crĂ©e des ponts d'une force incroyable.
